We decided to try the smoothies and a couple shakes. They were literally all ice with absolutely no flavor and literally no fruit. There was literally a quarter cup of fruit added. When you go in to get a smoothie, it's supposed to mostly fruit. There was a hint of peach and no mango flavor at all.

I’ve had a great experience with Fit & Savage! The meals are fresh, flavorful, and make healthy eating so much easier. I really appreciate the variety and the clear nutrition information on each meal. What stands out most is the customer service — they are friendly, responsive, and truly care about their customers!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenient, healthy meals that actually taste good!

Fun atmosphere, friendly service, and healthy food options!! Love what this business stands for and what it means for the people living in the Springfield and Sherman communities! FYI - Their breakfast Sammies taste better and are healthier for you than what you’ll find at any other grab and go spot!😊🙏

Great spot for healthy and convenient food! Each item has the macros on the label. Large selection of gluten free items. I tried an entree which was delicious and I was able to heat it up for a healthy meal on the go. I tried protein balls, protein cookie dough, the breakfast sandwich, and some overnight chia oats. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend!
